Job Description
Zycus is looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join as Product Support – Interns. In this role, you will work closely with global customers and internal teams to support Zycus’ AI-driven procurement solutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product support, customer interaction, and enterprise SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and issues via email, chat, and calls
- Support Zycus Procurement Applications (Source-to-Pay suite)
- Collaborate with Technical Account Management and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Assist in product configuration, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and automation initiatives
- Analyze customer requirements and suggest effective solutions or workarounds
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and quality support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields-2025 and onwards passout ONLY
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and SaaS products
- Familiarity with MS Excel and analytical thinking
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
