As a Associate – Planning, you will play a critical role in forecasting and managing demand to optimize supply chain resource planning and ensure customer satisfaction. You will utilize data analysis, statistical techniques, and market insights to develop accurate demand forecasts and drive strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact demand, utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Data Science modelling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain—to gather insights, align on forecast assumptions, and communicate demand expectations.
- Forecast Accuracy Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine forecasting models and methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast error.
- Demand Planning Process: Drive the demand planning process from demand review meetings to consensus forecasting, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and departments.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy and service levels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors to anticipate changes in demand patterns and adjust forecasts accordingly.
