Job Description
As our Machine Learning Engineer, you will join our Applied Machine Learning Team in India, who develops machine learning and computer vision algorithms to monitor and assess the state of drivers and their environments to identify risk and improve safety for our clients. You will contribute to all aspects of the DL/ML model development and deployment cycle to improve the accuracy and throughput at reduced latency to help enhance and differentiate us as the leader in the Video Safety and Telematics industry. What You’ll Do
- Develop ML/DL models end-to-end — problem formulation, data engineering, prototyping, training, evaluation, and iteration.
- Implement, debug, and improve DL models using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Optimize & deploy models on cloud/edge
- Continuous improvement of models using large scale field data
- Leverage GenAI tools and LLM APIs (e.g., Claude) to build solutions for internal and customer-facing use cases.
- Build and iterate on prompt engineering workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications along with AI agents for task/workflow automation
- Communicate findings and technical trade-offs to internal teams.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, EE, ECE, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (including internships or academic work) in ML or DL.
- Hands-on experience with at least one DL framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with C/C++.
- Strong foundations in mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
- Solid understanding of core ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, regularization, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using GenAI tools and LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) to build applications or automate workflows, along with familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code/GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with model deployment tools (ONNX, TensorRT, Docker) or cloud ML platforms.
